October Executive Roundtable: SEO Day
Are organic results still fair game, or is visibility just for those with the biggest ad budget?
Welcome to 2025, where SEO is basically a game of Monopoly - only the wealthy always pass Go. Organic search still exists, technically, but Google’s top spots are dominated by paid ads, leaving smaller businesses looking for crumbs on Google’s bottom floor.
The real question: is organic strategy still a viable long-term play, or are we all just throwing spaghetti at an algorithm and hoping something sticks?

September Executive Roundtable: Buyers Market Day
Are escalating crime rates violently reshaping Atlanta’s housing market?
Hold onto your keys, Atlanta. While city leaders tout a 26% drop in homicides and an 8% overall decrease in crime through July 2025, the fine print tells a different story. Robberies have surged by 36%, and aggravated assaults climbed 20%. This statistic should make potential homebuyers think twice.
As Dr. Thaddeus Johnson, criminology professor at Georgia State University, points out, “The increase in these violent confrontations is concerning and could impact perceptions of safety in neighborhoods.”
So, if you're eyeing that fixer-upper in a trendy “up and coming” neighborhood, maybe purchase a Ring camera… and a second opinion.
Mark your calendar for September 2nd , at 8:30. Don’t just scroll, join us and find out if Atlanta’s housing dream is still worth chasing.
